  • CORONAVIRUS-OUTBREAK- Hon'ble CMD assures providing Covid vaccine to people who donated blood in UBS Blood Donation Camp. Once the contract is awarded for provision of the services, BIS undertake complete responsibility of providing the services to the atmost satisfaction of the clients. The staffing/the expert of operation team, after giving required training/briefing are assigned to monitor the services on daily basis.

The organization is structured with a view to provide uninterrupted services to the client round the clock. Our organization is well structured in terms of man management with more than 4000 operational staff. Right from area officer to the Director are directly linked in every process of operation to ensure and value our own responsibility. Besides daily night checking, surprise checking and mass raids are conducted by group of senior level team to ensure better services with better man management.

With a view to provide 100% technology supported Man Management Services to our valuable clients, we at BIS have devised/ developed, a customized Mobile Application called BIS FIELDOR, which enable us to monitor and execute entire activities in the field on real time basis. This wonders has taken place to provide more controlled and satisfied services to our valuable clients. The Mobile Application has now become an important tool, available for providing the services to the customer in real and authentic environment of working, building the trust of customer on different heights.

    A dedicated vigilance department is placed in the company, who secretly takes feedback from customer and monitor the services & activities of operational staff at various location and report to Top Management for remedial action.
