  • CORONAVIRUS-OUTBREAK- Hon'ble CMD assures providing Covid vaccine to people who donated blood in UBS Blood Donation Camp. Quarantine Facility for COVID-19 Suspects at UBS in Mumbai, helping Maharashtra Govt. Around 300-400 migrants and needy people were provided free food facility every day during lockdown. During Lockdown period BIS has been well-managing the Security Services throughout India. Dir: Smt Geeta Singh Distributed free Ration Kit to all the Security Guards working in different complex of Hirananandani Garden. Our Director Shri Anttesh R. Singh has been appointed by CAPSI as National Joint Secretary of NCSG where he is taking active part for the benefit of security Industry.

Career

Career at BIS has been said to be the most stable and safe for the employees working with BIS. At present there are more than 70000 security personnel working for the company and around 4000 administrative and supervisory staff is working round the clock for the company. More than 50% of employees working in BIS has completed more than 10 years of services. The PF contribution itself validate the number of employees working in BIS. We are one of the biggest contributor to PF in Mumbai for which the PF commissioner has awarded and appreciated at different occasion.

The employees working for BIS are getting all statutory benefit as per different laws of land. All Branch staff are given residential facilities with messing arrangement. The employees working in BIS are well commensurate and compensated as per current market rate.

The structured HR management system is in place to review the performance and solicit the increment, promotion of the employees. Timely payment of employee’s salary and other dues is the prime principle of our management for which we never compromise.
