The security process at BIS begins even before training starts, as background checks are done on each and every candidate for training. This done, those meeting the highest standards for physical and mental strength, embark on a one- month training program at the IISM. The residential training programme at IISM comprises of 210 hours of classroom learning along with 120 hours drill sessions.
