HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY
BOMBAY INTELLIGENCE SECURITY (INDIA) LIMITED got inception in the year 1976, as a partnership firm and subsequently in the year 1988 the said partnership was dissolved and a new company was incorporated as Private Ltd Company under the Indian Companies Act 1956 and the whole business of partnership company along with assets and liabilities was acquired by this incorporated private limited company on 15th July 1996. By the virtue of sec 43(a) (1)-(a) of the Companies Act 1956 BIS (I) Pvt. Ltd., acquired the position of deemed public ltd company without having any changes in its incorporation and Board of Directors.

During the span of last 30 years company has achieved tremendous growth in its financial turnover, manpower and clientele.
BISIL continues to undertake and execute security, fire-fighting and investigation services through contracts for factories, establishments by engaging, trained / qualified security personnel on hire or otherwise and also provide trained personnel in groups or as an individual as per the clients requirements. BISL has presently establishments and contracts in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Delhi, Chandigad, Punjab, Rajastan, Orissa, Assam, Goa and some of our esteemed client are well known Industrial Organisations.
We also are pioneer in establishing guard training centers to ensure qualitative guarding personnel to our clients. Our first training centre was setup in the year 1991, which is located at Karjat near Mumbai. Subsequently another two training establishment have been setup at Chennai & Gorakhpur. It is only BISL which provides comprehensive training on industrial security, fire fighting, first aid, intelligence & combat to its personnel over a period of one month before their deployment with the clients.
The BIS Mission :
BIS seeks to ensure total client satisfaction. This shall be ensured by providing personnel with updated skill sets in all aspects of security maintenance.
The BIS Vision :
To build on our leader advantage in bank security, electronic surveillance and future tie-ups with foreign agencies for the same. Bombay Intelligence Security shall also seek to go global in the next two years, with offices all set to open in London and in the Middle East. And with the IISM all set to branch out further to Gujarat & Lucknow, we seek to become a security provider on the lines of the CISF (Central Industrial Security Force).
